all day driving
that made mne want to stop
Well...Mrmohs, thanks. I like this video. I was like Green Lizard Queen at first, and just didn't get it, but the more I found out about Jim's influences, I realized there was something more to it..Hey, instead of the six pack try some Jameson (Irish) or some Glennfiddich (Scots). Both goes down smooooooth. I'm a Morrison too....Got that good ole Celtic blood flowing through my veins.
those are excellent points harps
you bring a new appreciation to the clip
and shes' a well shaped mummy !
stripped & striped
out to get 6 pack of beer
in the back room
Well....it's time to put my input here...Watch it a few more times, and read a little more about the Doors..It's really not such a bad video if you pay some attention to it. Ray produced the video in the 80's, so of course it's a little off the beaten path of 1971, when the song came out, but it's got a lot of good points to it....Yes, the best parts are of Jim and the band on the beach, but remember in the beginning...Joseph Von Sternberg was a big influence on Jim and Ray...he was one of their professors at UCLA. He also directed M Dietrich in a lot of her movies. I am a huge fan of old movies...Recommend Witness for the Prosecution (one of her bests). And of course the Mustang barreling down LA Freeway, which I have been down myself several times...you have to watch the video Hwy...to understand a little where Ray is coming from...there's a lot of what influenced them in this video, if you just pay attention...mrmohs, I always interrupted the woman in strips as being a mummy...but hey that's just me....
all right all right
like the naked striped woman
diving into the pool too
great ion room
right on !
Jim on his bike
that's the best part of the trip!
