I have a question for anybody out there. I am still kind of new to this site, and I have been trying to find out info on Jim & Pam's home in Laurel Canyon. The one that was burned a few years ago. Was it totally destroyed, or was any part of the home able to be saved? Has anyone done any renovations to it? My husband and I go out to CA quite a bit, because he is from there, and still has two sister's that live in San Diego. We want to go out there this year, and go on a sort of what you might call a Doors Tour of Venice Beach, and all the places that the Doors inhabited in CA. Laurel Canyon, and Love Street is one of the main places I would love to visit...If anyone knows anything about that, I would love any info...Thanks

@Nancy...no, that is not me in the video. I don't have any of my videos or pictures from my Doors tours on YouTube or anywhere. I wasn't as adventurous as that couple in video! They were sure brave to explore the area around the house!

Very cool pics of the house. Too bad there was not more detail of the rooms. They did that before the fire. So I am sure the inside changed as well. Also this house was up for sale before the fire

I visited the house pre-fire. I only went to the front door and took pics. Check out YouTube, some people a while back posted up a video where they went to the top of the hill and went behind the house. But be careful, it's still private property and a super expensive neighborhood! Don't forget to check out the Canyon store right across the way! It's definitely worth a visit.

The house has been completely restored! Big difference from what I saw and captured in my video.
