Hey guys-

Not sure why I got to thinking this {and no disrespect intended so humor me please}. But I am wondering if Jim Morrison may have been an autistic savant. Here's why I said that:

Btw don't take this the wrong way guys. I wondered because Jim Morrison had an IQ apparently of like 150 to 180 {I have an acquaintance who is autistic and has an IQ of 180, with normal speech and who had learned Spanish and kew how to play piano} and as Morrison actually said "I kept a lot of notebooks through high school and college and when I left school I threw them away, I wrote in those notebooks night after night" and "I'm kind of hooked to the game of art and literature, my heroes are artists and writers". But also because apparently according to Tony Funches he was supposed to be really shy {Morrison's emotions apparently show up in his lyrics and poems}. Also the fact that he was supposed to have spent a great amount of time alone. I'm asking because a lot of people in the arts {including music} are often challenged. And also. I have a book of his poems called "Wilderness". And a few of the poems in there are somewhere between three and five pages long {typed}. It seems as if with those poems he was sitting at a table in his house writing for hours on end. Also seems as if the same metaphoric motifs come up in his writing at times {Native American shamanism, travel, water and animals for example}. Again. No disrespect to Morrison. In fact I think that he was a genius and extremely talented. I'm just curious.
